Comments: Much lighter than the previous version of this luggage, which we have taken around the world. I don't yet know if this will hold up as well. The previous version expands, as does the newer version; this must be a lower end version because it does not expand. But the wheels and the handle appear to be sturdier than the original version, and the handle is long enough for someone 6'2". I'm sure there's enough room inside even without the expandability, which is just a nice extra feature. Lots of pockets and a clever way to attach an extra bag on the outside.

Cons:
Awkward interior design

Bottom Line:
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
Comments: This Swisswerks design looks nice, but is just not functional. For a 24" piece of luggage, the interior is crammed because of the intrusion of the suitcase's frame for the retractable handle. I bought the NXT Victorinox for my college daughter, and it is great and well designed.

I purchased this product, along with its 22" and 20" Werks counterparts about two weeks ago and am very pleased with the quality, durability, and practicality of the product so far. Victorinox warranties the luggage against common carrier abuse, which is great to know on plane flights. These bags are deceptively large and can fit an immense amount. Figure the cubic inches and compare with other luggage sets--the difference in packing space is amazing!
My main quibble with this luggage is that the main zipper seams are not truly double stitched; that second stitching line is actually a seam finish on one piece of fabric, resulting in a weaker zipper attachment than I would have expected for this quality of luggage.
Holds more than you think!

Comments: We travel to far-away places a lot and this bag holds plenty for one person's two week trip when you know how to pack without excess.
