Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I am a petite woman & acknowledge the other comments from previous reports. For me this dress works very well. I get so many compliments when I wear it. For modesty, I wear a black camisole underneath so the neckline is not too low on me. If you're a petite woman - go for it!
