No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: This is a really cute skirt, even more so in person. I would have kept this but I felt that for the price the fabric was too thin. You could not see trought it or anything, but I just did not feel I was getting enough for the price. The brown was a rich true brown & the design & detail on the bottom was very pretty. This is a cotton skirt so if will need ironed before wearing. I have to say if had been less expensive I would have kept this & reccomended to others.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: the cotton is very flimsy, you can practically see through it--the embroidery/ribbon insets were much heavier material (nice), so overall the skirt has a strange/chintzy look. flimsy, too
