Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The pink skirt is 100% cotton AND seersucker, which was an unexpected bonus. The yellow skirt however, is a cotton blend (3% spandex) and the fabric is somewhat on the rougher side...but still a great spring/summer skirt!
OK, but not what I'd hoped for.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I really like the fit--seems to be a good length for wearing with tights and boots. The fabric is not very nice looking though. I got the yellow striped skirt, and to me, the weave of the fabric makes me think of something more suitable for an apron or gardening garment. I still like it, but it is a little difficult to find the right top to pair it with to play down the coarse fabric.
