Comfortable cycling shorts By Long rider from Raleigh, NC on 09/17/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Dries Quickly, Good Padding, Great Fit Best Uses: Long Rides, Road Biking, Warm Weather Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I wore these shorts on day 2 of the MS150 bike ride and cycled 75 miles in them (after cycling 75 miles the day before) and they were very comfortable. The padding is not noticeable, but comfortable (and I like my padding!). The fabric is very soft. These shorts are shorter, so if you like a long inseam these are not for you.
By Kahtrav from Colorado on 09/03/2009 Cons: Irregular Fit, Too Much Padding Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I generally need an extra-large bike short, but these were actually loose - baggy, which for spandex is odd.
fabric not as "tight" to body By Just do it from Sumner WA on 08/08/2009 Cons: Irregular Fit, Too Much Padding Best Uses: Long Rides, Road Biking, Warm Weather Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I have worn Canari for years. This short does not
fit me as well a previous short inseam models. Do not like the new pad, too bulky and does not seem to get "soggier" than old style. Left leg of short is not as form fitting to the thigh as the right.
my favorite pair of cycling shorts By J. Elizabeth from Allentown, PA on 08/08/2009 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Dries Quickly, Good Padding, Great Fit Best Uses: Long Rides, Road Biking, Road Racing, Warm Weather Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought a pair of these shorts last year and decided one wasn't enough. I have several other types of cycling shorts, and these are by far the most relaxed but appropriate, functionally padded and just plain comfortable. If you like longer in-seem lengths they aren't for you, but if you don't mind "short" shorts, give them a shot.
Comfortable and well-padded By Ellen from South Dakota on 07/22/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Good Padding, Great Fit Best Uses: Long Rides, Road Biking Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The padding on these shorts is great. For the first time, I had no soreness after a 2-hour ride. The leg bands stay put, and the waistband is very comfortable.
My only complaint is that the seams in the back intersect the edges of the padding, which can chafe if that's where you happen to meet the seat.
Ok for price but would not buy again. By Sue the Cyclist from Erie, PA on 07/22/2009 Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: This was my first time buying cheaper cycling shorts and it made it clear why the others were worth the price. I have worn them a few times so far and they do the job but they just don't look nice. Fabric rippling along back of thighs is my biggest complaint with them.
Padding not very contured By B the biker from Madison WI on 07/19/2009 Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Fabric is very loose, padding very bulky

Padding sticks out a little in the but.
