I was very frustrated with sports bra descriptions which indicated that the bra in question would be very supportive for A/B cups! Wouldn't a Band-Aid do that? My DD cup self is happily training for a half-marathon in my new Fionas. Very comfortable, very supportive, very attractive. Give this one a try!

I have other sports bras that don't have closures in the back, and getting out of them is like being in a wrestling match with an invisible boa constrictor. When I finally did get one with hook/eye closure, the shoulder straps were way too loose, and not adjustable. With this bra, I feel like I stuck the dismount. The velcro shoulder straps mean they won't slip down the elastic and make me have to adjust every time. I use it for running, aerobic videos, yoga. It fits perfectly, almost like a "real" bra. Yeah, it smooshes, but that's what I wanted. Better smooshing than swooshing, and I don't have to hold 'em to run up the stairs. Best sports bra I've found for my "sports".

I love that it controls bouncing so I can run and jump around as much as I want without pain or embarrassment. The only downside is if you are large chested it really does compress your chest to the point it looks more like one giant breast (aka uniboob). Its worth it to me for the support and not to have to deal with bouncing, but I am still on the lookout for a bra that does the same and separates.
