Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I read many of these reviews and ordered a half size to large due to all the comments. Turns out the pair I received was a half size too large....I rate these as true to size on that basis. Great Montrail mid-high and versatile sole/tread design.

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I wanted a little more ankle support after I sprained an ankle but didn't want to wear the 6" boots I have, for both pairs are a little warm in the hot weather. I noticed these were rated a very breathable and they are. They give just enough extra ankle support without being heavy or hot. I got one of the last reddish brown color pairs and I'm not crazy about their looks. I ordered a 1/2 size larger because of reviews. It just about fits because my feet are fairly narrow, others will need a full size larger. I don't know about durability as yet.

Comments: Prior to placing my order I read the reviews ; many found the shoe to be a size too small . I ordered a i/2 size larger,and am glad I did !!! The shoe fits fine.

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I cannot bash nor praise had to return them, they were about a size too small. Footbed seemed comfortable. they also appeared well made and sturdy. Unfortunatly I wear a size 14 and no size 15's available. I would only recommend these if you are able to order 1 size up.

Comments: I wanted a light weight and breathable boot. These filled the bill perfectly. Until I tried them on. They feel at least a full size small, and at the very least, a size narrow. Since there were none in my corrected size, I can't say anymore.

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Great every day shoe or day hiker. I bought the Montrails because of their unique footbed. I have owned other Montrails in the past and always liked the fit in the foot bed. The only issue to me with these shoes is the breathability. My feet seem to sweat a bit more in these than in others.

Comments: Feels smaller than the rest of my hikers. I have put approximately 50 miles on these boots and they still feel uncomfortable after the first few minutes. The ball of my foot hurts and it feels almost like I'm continually leening forward to compensate. I have not had this problem with any other hikers. I think there are better choices.

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I wear 12, reading reviews I read people found sizing 1/2 to big and 1/2 size to small. I ordered 12 1/2 hopeing to hit it right on. These were a full size off. This size was a full size small (11 1/2) I'm trying to find a freind that could use them for returning is getting to be the norm rather than the exception. I'd like to have some kind of euro sizeing for they seem to have it right. Nice Boots though.
