Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I started a work out routine and it is very hard to find supportive and comfortable workout clothing for large woman. This product supports me well in spin class as well as on the gym equipment. My only wish is that it came in a camisole style instead of a jog bra to eliviate having to wear a tank top ontop of the jog bra.
