They are breathable, so my legs do not feel too warm during the hardest part of my ride. I predict I'll be getting a LOT of wear out of them, as even in summertime the mornings are cool here. The padding is perfect, the fit is not too tight so my joints don't feel constrained. All around, an excellent tight for the money.

They are smooth next to skin, no chafing and dries quickly while keeping warm. However, the fit was awful with regard to the padding. The padding was too wide for me and folded up in the middle, giving an uncomfortable middle split in the crotch. The padding was also inadequate for even short-medium length rides (ie commuting 10 miles each way to and from work).

They're comfortable, surprisingly warm in cold weather.
I bought them a size larger and probably could have gone with my usual size; but they are not clingy, but not baggy either.

And, I thought they would be heavier and allow for winter rides. . . not warm enough for that by any means. I would recommend as long as you know what you're getting.
