Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought 2 pair and they were styled differently. One color had an internal belt and fit well, the other color had no belt and is large in the waist. Since I'm petite, I had to shorten the pants, which is no fault of the manufacturer.
These pants are suitable for rugged use and hot weather. They pack small for travel and dry quickly.
Deep back pockets are useless because you can't sit down with anything in them.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: This was not what I ordered. I ordered 2 pairs of Cloudveil pants of the same style. One pair was as ordered and great. The second pair was a random substitution of a low slung waist, flared legs which were about 6 inches too long. The fit was terrible, unflattering and now I have the inconvenience of mailing them back. Hey Sierra Trading Post, if you're out of stock, email me and give me the option to cancel the order. If I had wanted ugly, unflattering clothes I would have ordered them
