Comments: I bought this shirt to use mainly for cycling, but I also use it for running and skiing. It works great for just about any winter sport. It also looks so great that I've worn it around several times and received many compliments! It helps block the wind, and breathes really well.

Comments: This is a great cold weather running, xc shirt. It wicks well but has a nice thickness to it that helps me cut down on a layer when going out for acrobic activities in the cold.

I use the product to run outdoors in Midwestern USA between 0 and 30 degrees. I don't need base layers, just a running bra, this Sporthill long-sleeve shirt, and a running suit. I use the product 5 to 6 days a week.
I also use the product while figure skating 5 days a week. No base layer or outer layer needed; it is the perfect training top for spending 2 to 3 hours on the ice.
