I think I've walked at least two or three miles twice a day and they look as new as when I first opened the box. Great, durable, comfortable walking shoes with great support. It is comfortable and serves the purpose for which I bought these shoes, which is walking on the treadmill. They make my workout easier because of their construction. They are also cute enough to wear with jeans or shorts.
