Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I have jogged and walked in these. But mostly have appreciated the boy shorts in physical therapy for my back. I like the extra coverage for all those exercises in session! The band on the boy shorts rides up a little and is a bit snug for my thighs. Overall though a good choice.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: The liner in these shorts is a full short, with legs, instead of the usual panty with higher cut legs. Not a bad thing, but not as cool as I'd like for exercising
