I bought these boots to help my feet survive the cold winter training paddlers in the San Francisco Bay. Little did I know that summers by the Golden Gate Bridge are just as cold as in the winter time.
These boots are great. They give me the perfect traction for when I need to push off my feet to get a stroke in. The thickness of this neoprene is perfect for paddling out in the cold Pacific Ocean.
My only gripe is I have difficulty zipping these boots up. But haha could be because I have rather large calfs. Other than that these boots are a must have for your cold weather/NorCal paddling wardrobe.
