By LorenzoNF from San Francisco, CA on 10/20/2009 Pros: Breathable, Dries Quickly, Durable, Lightweight Best Uses: Bad Weather, Casual Wear, Commuting, Mountain Biking Describe Yourself: Competitive Cyclist Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Excellent jersey except for the back pocket - it's hard to zip open and closed while riding. I would prefer a standard three-pocket. Also, it's a tad looser fit than I would prefer, but it's a good casual jersey.
By Bike Commuter from Jacksonville, OR on 10/12/2009 Pros: Breathable, Dries Quickly Best Uses: Bad Weather, Commuting, Mountain Biking Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is 100% merino wool according to the tag. It isn't as form fitting as synthetic, but feels true to size. I am very sensitive to clothing and itch, but after the 1st wash, this felt comfortable. If you are very sensitive to wool, you may notice a little itch, but not noticeable to me after I get going
By Slacker from South Texas on 09/07/2009 Pros: Breathable, Dries Quickly, Good Pockets and Features, Lightweight Best Uses: Commuting, Mountain Biking, Road Racing Describe Yourself: Competitive Cyclist Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Have used for a couple of hundred miles of hard training rides in brutal Texas summer heat and humidity. Performance excellent. Not as soft as the really spendy brands, but fabric feels durable and the green is truly hi-vis. Lining on pocket seemed bulky at first, but does a good job of keeping the jersey's shape when the pocket is full of stuff.
Canari La Mongie Retro Cycling Jersey - By Fotofill from Central WI on 09/03/2009 Pros: Breathable, Dries Quickly, Good Pockets and Features, Lightweight Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: A very soft, comfortable jersey. It fits well and the zippered back pocket is a plus.
By Ray from Yakima, WA on 08/20/2009 Sizing: Feels full size too small Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I don't think an X-Large would be long enough for a usual Medium wearer.
By joe blow from boulder on 08/11/2009 Pros: Breathable, Good Pockets and Features, Lightweight Best Uses: Bad Weather, Casual Wear, Commuting, Mountain Biking Describe Yourself: Avid Cyclist Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Great price for a merino wool jersey. Thin but well constructed (flat stitched seems). It somewhat itchy (at the seems) but not a problem for me
Comes with a roomy mesh lined zippered back pocket
The stone is bland and dull and highlights wrinkles, the lime is bright -- even brighter than on the computer if you can believe that -- and the blue is just right.
Same as paris only with stripe. Stripe is only on the front and looks just ok - I like the paris better but am getting one of each at this price.
