I like these pants. I am a size 12 and bought the 15 because they are super low rise. So, for me , they are a loose fit, but they feel good. They shrunk a tad in the dryer and feel better now. (I encourage people to include their sizes in the reviews...it helps)
They are stylish, with wide belt loops. They seem a little long for a capri, and I don't think the "frayed" bottom is even noticeable! haha...
