Great for wearing to and from work.

By nck from Palmer, Ma. on 11/09/2009 Cons: Difficult Entry & Exit, VERY noisey Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Normally I love Sorel boots/shoes. I own several. These, however are not their best design. Just "ok" looking. Every step made is very squeaky. Some other reviews stated that as well. Should have listened. I sent them back. I don't think they would be very warm, they are very light weight.
If you can stand the noise then by all means buy them for slippers around the house if you live in the north.
Cute Shoes; Size was Large By Louise the Rower from Pullman, WA on 11/02/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Lightweight, Stylish, Warm Best Uses: After Skiing/Snowboarding, Cold Weather Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Cute stylish shoes but the size was not true. I ordered a size 9 (my usual) and had to return them for an 8.5. I think this was due to the slip on/off nature of the shoes.
By SugarMountain from NW Arkansas on 10/30/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Good Traction, Lightweight, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, Snow, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These shoes slip on fairly easily and look to be quite warm. I haven't worn them much, but they seem to be quite comfortable. I plan to keep these by my back door to slip on when I take my dogs out for walks during cold snowy weather ( snowy in NW Arkansas is 1 to 2 inches - so these shoes are high enough ). Definitely glad I got these.
By goober from NJ on 10/30/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Good Traction, Lightweight, Stylish, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: After Skiing/Snowboarding, Cold Weather, Slippery Terrain, Snow, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I have been wearing these shoes almost every day since i got them. they're so comfortable
By magnolia from reston, va on 10/28/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Good Traction, Lightweight, Stylish, Warm, Waterproof Cons: Difficult Entry & Exit Best Uses: After Skiing/Snowboarding, Cold Weather, Slippery Terrain, Snow, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: They are worth the price. They are clearly irregulars - the stitching in the front is too high, making it difficult to slip on. Getting off is no problem, and they fit really well. Buy them at full price if this is a problem for you. But get them, they are very pretty. I have gotten compliments.
Very warm and comfortable By Loathe Feelin the Cold from St. Louis, MO on 10/27/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Good Traction, Lightweight, Stylish, Warm, Waterproof Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought these boots for the cold weather approaching. They are great shoes but, I wear a 9, got a 9 and should have gotten an 8 1/2 or even 8. I just wear double socks and put an insert in and it works fine now. But if you want a snug fit, go down a size. Otherwise it's very warm and I feel I can wear them to work and not look too casual.
Very happy with snow shoes By Meres from Northland New Zealand on 10/27/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Warm Cons: Slightly difficult entry Best Uses: After Skiing/Snowboarding, Cold Weather, Slippery Terrain Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I intend to use the snow shoes in wet and snowy conditions. They should do just the trick. I travel by air to go skiing and as they are light they will be perfect for travelling. I bought a half size bigger so there will be plenty of room for thick socks. They are true to size.
