I turned the top up and they fit inside boot leg pants. Much more comfortable and better fit than my Uggs. I removed the wood button for quicker adjustment of ties.
By glenvet from Colorado on 11/14/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Good Traction, Lightweight, Stylish, Warm, Waterproof Cons: Difficult Entry & Exit Best Uses: After Skiing/Snowboarding, Cold Weather, Snow Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Wore them for the first time in the snow yesterday and they were great! My feet didn't get wet and the suede didn't discolor from the moisture. I sprayed some waterproof stuff on mine and it didn't discolor the leather (I got the dark brown pair). It is a little difficult to stuff my foot in them with boot-cut jeans, but I can deal with that. Other than that, these are great! They run true to size, too.

The laces also help to hold your feet from sliding forward in the boot. The shoes feels fabulous on. The color is a rich toffee, not dingy or beige. The cuffs flip up for a taller look. I bought both colors! (Returned the 7 for size 6.) I suggest treating the boots with weatherproofing before wearing in snow or rain. Only downside: I had to leave boots outside until the outgassing smell went away.
By Upstate New Yorker from Albany on 11/05/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Stylish, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, Snow Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Time will tell on how they handle wet or sloppy conditions but these are a nice alternative to the ubiquitous (but still very cool) line of sheepskin boots on the streets (and on the feet of every style-conscious female in the hemisphere, or so it seems).

Great Boot at a Good Price By Foolforelk from Billings, MT on 11/05/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Stylish, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, Snow Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Great cold weather boot and it looks great too.
I can hardly wait to wear these boots! By Walker in the City from Bronx, NY on 11/03/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Stylish, Warm Best Uses: Cold Weather, Snow Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I got these boots for walking around in the city on a cold day, and I can hardly wait for winter so I can have a chance to wear them! I have a narrow heel and a wide instep and boots are either too tight across the instep or too loose at the heel, but these fit perfectly. The lining is cozy soft and the boots are stylish in a rugged sort of way. These are not advertised as waterproof, but I will waterproof them myself and they should be wearable in any weather.
By Julie from Annapolis, Maryland on 10/31/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Good Traction, Lightweight, Stylish, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: After Skiing/Snowboarding, Cold Weather, Slippery Terrain, Snow Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I read a review that said they run a bit small, so ordered the next size up and boy are they roomy. Not just a little longer but very wide! They are very comfie too, except hiking 2 miles yesterday in the woods (flat trail) the right one rubbed the achilles tendon area raw, but that may be because they're too big and moving around too much. Much better quality than my Uggs, and better looking too in my opinion! Oh, you can also unfold the top if you like them straight, that looks good too.
By DSD from ARKANSAS on 10/30/2009 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Stylish, Warm Best Uses: After Skiing/Snowboarding, Cold Weather, Slippery Terrain, Snow Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I LOVE THESE BOOTS & THE GREAT PRICE. I RECEIVED THESE YESTERDAY AND I HAVEN'T TAKEN THEM OFF EXCEPT TO SLEEP. I ORDERED ANOTHER PAIR TODAY TO USE AS SLIPPERS. THEY ARE TERRIFIC FOR KEEPING ANKLES & LEGS WARM. THEY CAN BE WORN WITH OR WITHOUT A CUFF AND THEY DO FIT NICE UNDER PANT LEGS OR WITH PANTS TUCKED IN. MY CALF MEASURES 14 1/2" AND THESE FIT WELL. I WEAR AN 8 SHOES AND MY FOOT IS WIDE AND THESE FIT PERFECTLY. I WAS CONCERNED THAT I MIGHT NEED TO GO UP A SIZE, BUT THESE DO CONFORM TO THE FOOT AND STRETCH A LITTLE. THEY SEEMED TIGHT AT FIRST BECAUSE OF THE ANKLE SEAM, BUT AFTER AN HOUR OF WEARING THEY WERE VERY VERY COMFORTABLE AND I CAN NOW WEAR A WOOL SOCK, SO BE SURE TO GIVE THEM A CHANCE BEFORE DECIDING THEY DON'T FIT. I'M VERY HARD TO FIT AND THESE ARE TRULY THE MOST COMFORTABLE FOOTWEAR I HAVE EVER OWNED.
