Really comfortable. These would be great for trail running, but they are heavy compared to other shoes, so they are not the best for distance running.

By Will from Evanston, IL on 10/21/2009 Pros: Absorbs Shock, Attractive Design, Comfortable, Durable, Flexible Best Uses: Endurance Training, Pavement, Running Describe Yourself: Gym Rat Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Nice set of shoes (be sure to look at the *names* of the widths, not the letters---I think mine were a D, but that's only medium width). A bit on the heavy side, but very supportive for my pronation.
