I wear a 38 and the XL was so tight I couldn't wear them. Nice weight, and wick well, but I would need a XXL
By Jim from Seattle, WA on 08/13/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Moisture Wicking, Snug Fit Best Uses: BACKPACKING, Travel, Warm Weather Describe Yourself: Weekend Warrior Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I got these mainly to have an easy to wash and dry underpants for travel. Some reviews indicated they weretight, i.e. smaller than the size indicated, but I did not find that to be the case, as they do strech.
Love 'em! Please don't discontinue By Pear-Shaped Guy from Easthampton, MA on 08/12/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Moisture Wicking, Snug Fit, Warm Best Uses: All around use, Cold Weather Describe Yourself: Weekend Warrior Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I'm sort of a pear-shaped person so it's hard for me to find underpants that fit well. Some have complained that they ride too high but that suits me just fine. They seem to fit well and give just the right support and are comfortable anytime of the year. I wear them every day. The only complaint I have is that the fabric tends to pill. I hope that you continue to carry this product as often times just when I've found something I like it's discontinued. I would and have recommended these to my friends. Other colors besides black and white would be good too.
By Elaine the Hiker from Delaware on 08/12/2008 Pros: Lightweight, Moisture Wicking Cons: Poor Fit, Restricts Movement Best Uses: Gym, Running, Warm Weather Describe Yourself: Gym Rat Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I orderer the usual size for my husband and these ran very narrow hipwize and way to long lengthwise. Too bad, it looked like a great product.
Fit on synthetics is always a trial By ordinary guy from NJ on 08/11/2008 Pros: Lightweight, Moisture Wicking Describe Yourself: Weekend Warrior Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Synthetic briefs seem to be nearly impossible to fit. These fit a bit tight around the waist, even though I ordered a larger size than usual. Also, the leg openings seem small--even for a guy with rather spindly posts. Nevertheless, they are more comfortable than cotton for hot weather exercise.
