She hasn't worn them yet but should enjoy them when she does. I tried them on for size and was pleasantly surprised that my calves did not immediately feel bound too tightly as they often do in knee-highs. I can't yet know how durable they are, but if they wear as well as our other Smart Wool socks have, they will be be great! Smart Wools are unsurpassed.

They have a lot of cushioning on the bottom, more than I expected. Not like a hiking sock, but more than I would wear in a shoe. They are the perfect sock for tall winter boots.

They stay up! No more tugging at my socks. They are the perfect thickness... my legs are finally warm and cozy. So far the socks have been washed about 4 times and have come out great.
