Not what I expected based on description
By I Like to Bike and XC 44 from Royal Oak, MI on 6/4/2008
Pros:
BEST for DOWN HILL SKIING, Warm, Waterproof
Best Uses:
Downhill, Snow boarding
Describe Yourself:
Advanced
Gear Usage:
Cold Weather Living, TOO warm for XC-SKIER
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
Comments: I have had great success with the size of most or your products, however, this runs smaller than size on label. Order up an extra size. Also thought these had softshell because of the "polyester" outer shell description, they are not, they make the "swishy" noise when wearing them. Wanted these for XC-Skiing these would be too noisy.

Comments: I haven't hit the slopes in these yet, but they are really comfy and warm with plenty of room to move. They are beautifully styled with all the extras you would expect from Spyder. I would certainly recommend them to my friends and am ordering another pair for my daughter.
Good product, poor sizing

Comments: I feel insulted to have to wear an "extra large". I am 5'7" and weigh 140 lbs..... not an "extra large" American Woman I can assure you!

Comments: These pants are great for your average skiier. I find the hips to be a little roomy but is balanced out by the flare leg. They are warm enough with a base layer pant and definitley repel water. Would highly recommend, especially with the great prices on STP!

Comments: First, great looking pants! After reading all the reviews about how small these run, I made sure to order 1 size up...but was still nervous. I'm a 4-6 & normally wear a S, so I ordered a M...they just arrived & actually, they fit just a little too roomy (like a M should!)- but they'll be perfect for layering, etc. Headed to Snowshoe, WV next month & that will be the real test! I say order these!
Might be nice, but too small
