Comments: i'm 5'10" 155lbs blue slope skier waist feels good, not too high, or too low. ample hip and leg room for light thermal underwear and xcr gortex feels nice and light. only gripe is length. feels like 30" to 31" max, especially with suspenders. if you"re 5'8" or shorter buy three pair.

Comments: The fabric is durable like my Marmot Cerro Torre jacket and it is breathable. I can comfortably wear my baselayer, a fleece midlayer, and my Montbell insulating pants under these. With the suspenders on, the pants feel more like a 30-31 inseam than a 32 inseam. I'm 5'9'' with a 32 inch waist, and the 48 size pant fits just right.
