Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: My son absolutely loves these socks to wear around the house in the wintertime. His comment-- "They're toasty!" They are a great alternative to slippers and he can wear them straight to bed. Beware, though, that they do not have a non-skid bottom and are very slippery on hardwood floors and tiled surfaces, etc. For him, though, that's a plus -- he can "ski" and spin with ease!

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Very warm for cold Northeastern winters! I have 2 pairs for myself and bought them for my kids and my husband - they are great! Just wish they have some sort or rubber on the bottom to prevent slipping on the floors!

No, I would not recommend this to a friend
I bought these socks on clearance and now I know why they were on clearance. The sock fits loosely and the seams are a little annoying. The sock only comes mid-way up the calf (not long enough when you're cold!). On the plus side, I think this is a great sock to use as an extra layer in a pair of snow boots.
I didn't think they stayed that warm (not good if your feet sweat). Terry cloth interiors are the only kind of sock that I've found that actually wisks sweat away and keeps my feet warm.
