By Roberto the Strider from Santa Fe, NM on 01/04/2009 Pros: Ankle Support, Comfortable/No Break-In, Sturdy/Durable, Water Resistant Best Uses: Cold Weather, Day Hiking, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/Recreational Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: + Great for day hikes in cold, wet conditions. Great ankle support, a stiff enough boot without the clumsy bulk from typical snow boots.
- They definitely run small-- I had to exchange them for a full size larger. Because of the lighter weight I don't imagine they would be so great for standing around in cold conditions. The tread is not as aggressive as I would like & it is a flat sole (no raised heel).
By Jim the ripper from Nashville, TN on 01/03/2009 Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I normally wear an 11. Those came and were WAY too small overall. I exchanged those for some 12's and they were still too small in the toebox. Not very impressed.
By Colin's mom from Cape Cod, Massachusetts on 01/03/2009 Pros: Attractive, Lightweight Best Uses: Cold Weather, Wet Conditions Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought these for my 17 year old son as a surprise. Usually, I'm afraid to do that, because our taste rarely match at this point in our lives.. anyways, he loved them, but unfortunately, they run small and there were no more in stock to exchange.

By snoshoeguy from Little Falls, NY on 12/26/2008 Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: This boot is extremely narrow and puts pressure on the side of the foot. It is painful! This boot does not truly represent its size.

By Jim the ripper from Nashville, TN on 12/25/2008 Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I ordered an 11, they came and felt like 9s. I returned those and got 12s and they're still too small. I've never owned a pair of 12s in any shoe. Kamik needs to get their sizing figured out.
By The Gardener Mom from Buffalo, NY on 12/22/2008 Pros: Ankle Support, Arch Support, Great Traction, Sturdy/Durable, Water Resistant Cons: Too Stiff/Not Flexible Describe Yourself: Casual/Recreational Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I bought this boot for my 12 year old son who comfortably wears an 8.5 with room to grow in all shoes and boots. Well we received the Kamik Rampage the boot looked very nice but wow was it small. We ordered a size 9, to put it in perspective I wear a mens size 7 they fit me perfect. So order 2 sizes larger.
