By freeheelgirl from Boise, ID on 11/16/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Flattering, High Quality, Stylish, Warm Best Uses: Backcountry sports, Casual Wear, Going Out, Special Occasions, Wear To Work Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Chest Size: Feels true to size Length: Feels true to length Sleeve Length: Feels too long Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is a terrific sweater! It's comfortable in a wide range of temperatures, fits great, looks great, feels great - I'm very happy with it. It's lightweight, but has a tough, durable-feeling weave that looks good and performs well indoors and out. I'd be happy wearing it out to dinner, or taking it backpacking. The arms are a little long, but since it's designed to have those silly, trendy thumbholes (like I don't own mittens?), they don't look weird. Overall, I think it's well worth the price. I'd love to own a few more!
By Foxy Lady from Lake Geneva, WI on 11/11/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Flattering, Great Color, Lightweight, Stylish, Warm, Washes Well Best Uses: Like a second skin Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Chest Size: Feels true to size Length: Feels true to length Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I love the feel of merino wool next to my skin. It holds my body heat better than synthetic fabrics and washes well. I feel warmer in merino in colder temps whether at home, running errands or riding my horse in an unheated arena.
By sprout from chalkhill, pa on 11/10/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Flattering, High Quality, Stylish, Warm, Washes Well Cons: Remember to hang to dry Describe Yourself: Casual Dresser Chest Size: Feels true to size Length: Feels true to length Sleeve Length: Feels true to length Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Got my first Ice Breaker garment this spring. Love the warmth and comfort. Not itchy at all. Washes nicely, but you should remember to hang it up to dry. I have one in size xs and one in a small. I can layer under the small size, but not the xs. The fit of both are nice.
