Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: It's a nice sturdy sock, not too thick. It's longer than I expected - over the calf length, which is not my favorite, as they don't reach all the way over my long calves and then they fall down. Otherwise, great socks.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I searched for wool socks and was wowed by the price. Just be advised this sock has very little wool! It feels artificially "plasticy" which I suppose is the nylon.

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I have a size 8 foot, and have trouble finding socks that stay up. Over the calf seems to work best. These socks, so far, seem to fit the bill just fine.

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: Got a bunch of these for my Grandma, who's a very athletic 80 year old, and she loves them! She says they might be a bit too heavy for summer wear, but in Wisconsin she can wear them three seasons of the year. They seem really durable and she now wears them all the time. Highly Recommended, especially at the great STP price!
