I wear them running and my hips & knees don't hurt, even on concrete sidewalks. I've also put yaktrax on them to walk in the snow, and now wear them around the house instead of slippers, just to get a little extra boost.

I would recommend as others have to order a half to a whole size bigger.
Bought these for my daughter and she loves them and says they are easy to walk in.
The price can't be beat!! I waited for that perfect opportunity to purchase them from STP.
Since this purchase, I have even ordered a pair for myself since another great opportunity from STP came my way.

The MBT's deliver. They do take getting used to, but my feet are now more stable, less sore after a day standing, and my posture with normal shoes is better. I use these for casual walking up to 3 miles, dress down at work, or around the house. Treat your feet! Well worth paying the Sierra price.

I haven't had them long enough to notice any physical results though.

This is my 3rd pair of MBTs. New styles just keep getting better. I was surprised that I liked the orange color. It definitely gets noticed... but in a good way!
