Because I really like it. I wanted a cycling type jersey, but not one that was completely clingy. And this fits the bill. I recommend it 100%.

It is flattering and sits well. However, it only has one pocket and the zipper is short, both of which are in keeping with looking like like a polo shirt but detract from its usefulness.
