It's a little thicker than I normally like (I get overheated very easily) but so far seems to be on par with other lightweight hats I've used in the past. I gave it 4 stars only because it is certainly not a "one size fits all". I have a small-ish head and it's quite big on me (I double roll the edges). The style is nice; not your normal pull on cap style.

It's a little loose if you have a small head.

Most hats get too warm; this one is great because it is breathable. I have other sports hill running hats and they are all great!
