By Mrs. SeedSower from Amelia, OH on 02/25/2009 Pros: Absorbs Shock, Breathable, Comfortable, Flexible, Good Traction, Lightweight, Stable Best Uses: Pavement, Trails Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Sizing: Feels half size too small Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is my fave on the go shoe! I have to medically have shock absorption and only RYKA 'foots' the bill for me, and has since 1995. This particular style is awesome for low arch support. I only wish I could find more 'flavors' as Ryka is rare to find in my area.

great, comfortable, stable shoe By LizzyCat from MA on 12/09/2008 Pros: Breathable, Comfortable, Good Traction, Lightweight, Stable Best Uses: Being on foot all day, Pavement Describe Yourself: Rarely Workout Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I love Ryka shoes! I needed a new pair b/c the others I have are mesh on top and too chilly for winter wear! I have plantar fascitis issues, and these shoes feel great... though I wish they offered even more support than they do... but probably I'll never be satisfied in that department. These felt great right out of the box, and stand up to a full day of working (on my feet all day!)
