Very Warm. I typically have problems with short sleeve length, but not so with this jacket. True to Mountain Hardwear sizes, the sleeves are a perfect length for me.
The fabric is 40% cotton and requires dry cleaning, so this is not really a camping layer.

Ideal fall/early winter piece for East Coasters. All you need is a baselayer underneath to keep you warm. Does not have wind block, which is ok...the perfect after outdoor sport & off to the local brew pub garment as well as the quick run to the bagel store. If you plan to use casually you should order a size larger.
