I bought this coat for my wife and she LOVES it. She continually comments on how warm it is. She has worn it on the slopes on really cold days and completely fends off the cold. Which allows us to ski longer which is really great.

I saw the great quality as soon as I opened the box. We have had wind chills -20 here in Wisconsin so I tested it out and I stayed very warm. I had to wait at a bus stop for half an hour in winds 30-35 mph with heavy snow and I have to say I stayed comfortable. I love the great prices and quality items your company sells.

Comments:
This is very warm & light, just very bulky. Doesn't seem to have the same form as other jackets, but it might be the lightweight, softer fabric. Not flattering, even in the down world, but super comfortable & warm.

I also have the Mtn Hardwear hooded parka... I wanted this jacket for days when a parka was a little too much and it's great for that purpose. I wore it on a day when the high was -4 and the wind chill was -25 and I was nice and toasty warm. I would have liked a two-way zipper. The price was unbelievable.

Just purchased this coat and I love it! The lining is that really soft fleece and it is soooo comfortable! I was surprised to see that it comes with its own stuff sack. That will come in handy for travel.

I was looking for a jacket that was lightweight but insulated against wind and cold. I've had good luck with down so thought this would do the trick and it has! The jacket is long enough to go over your rear and the collar is well made to keep your neck warm. Only thing that would make this more perfect is a matching detachable hood.

This product is great and I highly recommend it. It is very warm and fits easily under my shell. One thing I don't like about it is the stitching on one side of the collar. It isn't right so it jabs under my jaw and it is uncomfortable.

I was worried that the sleeves would be too short based on other comments (and especially because I have long arms) but they seem to be just fine. Super warm cozy jacket, nice trim fit, great buy!

I bought this for my daughter...it is just what she wanted. Definitely warm, better for true winter. Too warm for her to wear while it is still above freezing but will be perfect when the temperatures fall.
