By B from Oklahoma City on 08/06/2008 Pros: Breathes Well, Comfortable, Stable Cons: Causes Hotspots or Blisters, Stains Easily Best Uses: Casual Wear, Travel Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Very comfortable, until about three hours of continuous wear...that's when a blister or two starts forming because the rubber molding on the achilles and at the toe-cap are bent inward. On one of my shoes, the rubber molding was good -- no blisters. On the other, blisters occur when I wear for more than a few hours.

By TimDot from Gulfport MS on 07/22/2008 Pros: Breathes Well, Comfortable, Stable Best Uses: Casual Wear, Travel Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend I liked this shoe so much that I ordered me 2 more pairs, and a pair for my 85 year old father. Great support. Like wearing a bedroom slipper.
Con...They don't look like they will last forever, so that was another reason I ordered the extra pairs.
By Barnaby from Washington, DC on 07/20/2008 Pros: Breathes Well, Comfortable, Light weight, Nice Looking, Packable, Stable, Stain Resistant Best Uses: Casual Wear, Travel Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I've now bought 4 pairs of PacMocs, just so I have some if Tecnica stops making them. Though they are too stretchy for hiking, they are good for almost everything else in dry conditions and are ideal for air travel because (a) they are easy to remove & put on again at security (b) they have give when you're at 40,000 feet, the cabin pressure is down and your feet start to swell. They're as comfortable as slippers--I pretty much live in them, which is probably why my first pair is wearing out after 8 or 10 months.

By JB from Anchorage, Alaska on 07/01/2008 Pros: Breathes Well, Comfortable, Durable Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Great fit, comfortable, tough sole with a good tread. Dorky snaps for connecting them (and they trip me when I use them!).

By John from Pleasant Prairie, WI on 06/24/2008 Pros: Breathes Well, Comfortable, Durable, Stain Resistant Best Uses: Casual Wear, Travel Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I owned a pair for two years and have received positive comments from people all the time when they saw me wear them. I decided to by two more pairs so I would have 3 different colors to choose from. They are great for casual wear but keep in mind they don’t have arch support. I wouldn't use them for a day of hiking or walking around an amusement park (nor would I wear sandals or something else flat) but, for everything else they are great. Since I’m not one to write reviews you should know I was very impressed with these and I take them on my road trips everyplace I go. You'll enjoy them.
Great Travel and Camp Shoes By Del from Atlanta on 06/19/2008 Pros: Breathes Well, Comfortable, Packs Small and Light, Stable Best Uses: Camping, Casual Wear, Travel Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These comfortable easy on and off shoes will be used for airtravel and campwear. Easy on and off to get through the groping in airport security. After a day of paddling the will be good for walking and short hikes around camp.
Achiles Heel - The Fatal Flaw By Chicago Photog from Chi town on 06/13/2008 Cons: Causes Hotspots or Blisters Describe Yourself: Alternative, Casual, Stylish Sizing: Feels true to size Width: Feels true to width Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I wanted to love these, and I did. At first. They were one of the only shoes that felt good without socks. I went to the store in them. And by the ice cream isle my right (only the right) above the heel started burning. They are just not finished well and the random stitching and construction is not done well and just plain hurts. I think they have to go back.
