I really like this shirt because it has thumbhole cuffs and a back pocket. It's the little things that make the biggest difference in work out wear. Also, it's a bit lighter than some of the other cold weather options I bought making this a good choice for those moderate days. It is flattering as well. I wish there were more colors available.

It is a perfect midweight training top. I use it under a light weight fleece during my runs in the winter. The only caveat is to not put it in the dryer - the manufacturer says you can put it in the dryer, but when I did that there were a million little snags all over it. So this one, I'm hanging dry.

Perfect on its own for running in 45-60 degree weather.
