By Hikerchick from CA on 11/07/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Easy To Load, Good padding, Large capacity, Lightweight Best Uses: Backpacking, Hiking Describe Yourself: Casual Adventurer What Is Your Gear Style: Comfort Driven Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This pack will expand to 4500 cu. in. - you can put a bear can in the bottom and pack all your gear in it. You can use the straps to compress it down for day hiking, or stuff it full and go for days. It's meant to carry up to 40 lbs - haven't had that much in it, but 25 lbs doesn't feel like it's there with this pack. I'm looking forward to years of great 2-7 day backpacking trips with my Ozone. The price is a steal and this is replacing my Osprey.
Had one for years and it is great. This is my main pack.
