I love moss green; I loved it before it became popular. This tray is not moss green. I knew that, but "in person" it is even more grey-ish than I anticipated. BUT, I like it, a lot. Some might prefer the muted tone, that's a personal preference.
Especially at the sale price it's a great deal.
I use it on my desk at home where things tend to wander. I put the scotch tape, small containers of office supplies, etc. in it and they stay put.
