By RBG from Newtown, CT on 12/18/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Lightweight, Soft Describe Yourself: Bargain Shopper Sizing: Feels true to size Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: SmartWool makes good products, but they're rarely discounted. These socks don't take up too much space in the boot, so there's less chance of affecting your circulation. I wore them in -3 degree weather with wind gusts. My feet were not toasty, but it took a long time to get cold.
Excellent alpine ski socks By danamch from Missoula, MT on 12/02/2008 Pros: Durable, Good Value, High Quality Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These are very nice socks for alpine skiing. I wear mine in my Lange boots and it doesn't get much better. Wish I had ordered a couple more pairs!

By Jean from Minneapolis on 11/07/2008 Pros: Durable, Good Value, High Quality Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I take our dogs around the local golf course in the winter. These knee socks really help keep my legs and toes cozy while I tromp around in the snow. I've loved all smartwool products I'd used so far which is quite a few.
