Due to the hot weather in summer wearing shoes all the time was not comfortable. So a friend recommended Birkies and then another friend commented how happy they were with their birkies so I took the recommendations and I a very satisified customer.

I was told by many, that after beaking Birkenstock sandles in, that the would be the most comfortable sandle/(shoe), and that they last for a long time. We find this to be very true. I also bought me a pair of Birkenstock (Mens).
We are Very Happy with this brand of sandles and we are sold on them.

I wanted something a little bit dressier. When I travel this is the only shoe that is comfortable since I do alot of walking. And they feel great when I have to stand on my feet all day. I have a heel spur and these sandals really help.

Arthritis makes it imperitive that I wear absolutely comfortable shoes, and since the Birkenstock store in San Francisco closed, I was at a loss as to where to get them. Birkies seem to size their shoes about one size different from other companies, so although I wear a size 6 shoe, when my sandals arrived and I tried them on, I could tell I should have ordered one size smaller. However, they were so comfortable and I needed comfy sandals so badly that I kept them and am very happy with them. When I buy my next pair from Sierra, I'll order one size smaller.

And the sizing is what everyone has stated that you order at least one size smaller to fit. I have a very wide foot but the regular size seems to fit nicely.

I had to exchange original pair for 38 N.
