No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: Bought these 6 months ago. Leather seemd flimsy and thin.These shoes DO NOT hold their shape and I use cedar shoe trees between wearings. The big rub is that the soles are wearing thin and have separated from the shoe. I wear these 2 to 3 times a week tops! The tread is now verry thin and a bubble has formed on the inside. These are the 3rd pair of shoes from this brand that have been disapointing! Not the Sperry I grew up with.At "bargain?" price these shoes are a disapointment. At full retail: a "rip off" I am tempted to mail them to the head of the company and ask him what brand of shoes he wears!
