Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is the second pair of H.S. Trask shoes I have bought. The first, boat shoes, were VERY hard to break in (blisters, etc.) but once broken in are now every day shoes. These were comfortable the first time I put them on, although they do require a shoehorn since they're new.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: As recommended, I ordered a size up, but shoes were still tight in the width (not in the length). In addition, an odd shape sole protrudes more in the center than the edges make you feel that you are walking on a rope. The shoes could have been a great pair of light-weight, moccasin-style slip-ons if they did not have issues.

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: are we getting seconds? my last h.s.trask needed repair after tearing the pull on loop, on this shoe i had to remove and adjust the insole that was bunched up under the left toe... otherwise, once adjusted, these are extremely comfortable. i ordered a half size smaller than usual, as advised, the fit was fine.

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: All my other HS Trask shoes are size 10 so that is the size I ordered. They were a bit short so exchanged them for a perfect fitting 10.5. They are very comfortable and well constructed. Have had many compliments on them. Great product at a good price from STP.
