Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: We purchased this for our eight year old daughters birthday. She wanted a "real" watch and we wanted an analog watch so she would learn to tell time. She loves it! The changeable watchbands are great for an eight year old that is practicing being a teenager and can't ever decide on what to wear. Plus she's getting very good at telling the time.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: This watch is gorgeous. Understated, with elegant dazzle and a good heft. Unfortunately, the watchband is huge and not adjustable. An elephant could wear it around its ankle.
