Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This coat is made of beautiful material. It isn't too heavy -- very warm, but not bulky. The length is perfect -- just above the knee. It's very easy to drive in because of the weight and lenght. I have had many compliments on it -- I live in a cooler part of Australia and everyone says "where did you get that coat?" I could not be happier with it. I did take other's advice and get a size smaller than I normally would and it is perfect.
The A line was too snug for my chub.
