No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: I expected that the top of the skirt is on the waist line as on the picture, but it is hardly so – that interesting feature at the top is too tight on hips. Bigger size probably will be too loose on waist. But the skirt is beautiful, so I decided to wear it despite discomfort.
