Description:
Provide a reliable and knowledgeable source of technical product information across Sierra Trading Post’s product lines. Provide timely answers to customer inquiries in a way that will improve conversion and customer satisfaction. Educate customer service representatives with foundational knowledge about product. Work with our merchandising group and the web marketing team to develop web content, such as buying guides, specialty shops, and product video for the web.
Primary Duties:
1. Coordinate customer service department’s workflow with Answer Box Q/A
a. This includes cooperatively leading [with the email manager] the day-to-day workflow of any CSRs assigned to Q/A moderation
2. Work with customer service management team to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of customer service Answer Box
3. Work collaboratively with the Creative, Web Marketing, and Quality Assurance groups to create feedback reporting system to maximize the usefulness and impact from Answer Box system data
4. Develop and maintain proficient working knowledge of all customer service technology in the contact center (order management system, phone, email, chat, and other systems)
5. Partner with other product specialist(s) to improve and develop CSR product training opportunities and programs
6. Provide quick and reliable product information to customer service department
7. Interact with customers regarding more technical questions through both Answer Box and CS Customer Inquiries
8. Interact with Merchandising and Web departments to assist in creating product driven web content
9. Work closely with the buyers and vendor representatives to gain knowledge about new product.

Requirements:
1. Applicable education and/or experience in related retail environment
2. Good knowledge of various product lines carried by Sierra Trading Post
3. Must be self motivated and have sense of urgency
4. Attention to detail, organized, be able to learn quickly and adapt to fast paced work environment
5. Must have good communication skills – oral and written.
6. Web savvy and familiarity with ecommerce technology
7. Excel and standard Microsoft Office software experience required
8. Intuitive, creative and flexible thinker.
