| Focused entirely on the run, Brooks has designed high performance, technically advanced running shoes since 1914. Brooks started out by offering various platforms and widths to meet the specific biomechanical needs of runners to prevent injury-receiving praise from top runners and sports medicine professionals alike. Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I use the shoe for running, walking and for working out in the gym . A fully functionable ,very comfortable running shoe for the serious runner or the occasional runner. It is attractive and stylish.The Hydroflow cushining at the heel and forefoot are great and cuts down on foot fatigue.

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: The skort is the most comfortable and useful piece of clothing I didn't realise I needed - I can hardly bear to take this one off! Luckily it washes and dries within a couple of hours, which makes it perfect for sailing or the beach. In fact, it's perfect for just about anything and unbelievably cute and flattering, even though the sizing's come up slightly too large. Going back for more and will live in them this Summer. Only wish it came in more colours.
