Flimsy hanging wire, poor design, Trying to figure better, Way to hang safely

No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: [...]. I think a chain thru the top hole with a large ring would make this item safer to hang. As it is now,with a coathanger like wire, it won't last long in any breeze in Ohio.
